Take a hike at South Pass City on New Years Day. Bring good boots, show shoes, or skis and dress warm for the strenuous 2-mile hike. Meet at the Dance Hall. Dogs on leashes permitted. Refreshments will be served. A guide brings history to life talking about the day to day life of miners that called SPC home. This event is free & refreshments are served trail side courtesy of the Friends of South Pass.
