Weed ID cards and trash bags will be provided\, along with a limited supply of adult-sized gloves and shovels. Please bring your own gloves and shovels/trowels if you have them. SUMMARY:Kids Corner: Cyanotype Printmaking
DESCRIPTION:As part of the Bailey Tire & Pit Stop Travel Center Children’s Exploration Series\, this Kids Corner will explore the early photography process of cyanotype\, also known as Sun Prints. The process was developed in 1842 by Sir John Herschel and is still used by artists today. This project will emphasize children’s art and creativity\, combining nature\, science and art in the concepts of photography. Cost is $3 per child\, and registration is required.
