SUMMARY:Thanksgiving Super Session
DESCRIPTION:Before you stuff yourselves\, get your training done. Once again Elemental Performance + Fitness is offering a multi-course training session. The gym will be running a high-intensity and super fun group session. You can start anytime\, you can quit any time or you can go for the whole workout. \nThis session is free and open to the public\, so bring your friends and family along. All of the exercises are adjustable to any level of fitness so everyone can get a great workout before the feast starts. \nThis year\, Elemental Performance + Fitness would like this event to benefit the Lander Care and Share Food Bank. The gym will be accepting non-perishable items or cash donations throughout the week of the Super Session (November 24-28). Items that are in need this year: peanut butter\, jelly\, pasta\, noodles\, and cereal. Also accepting donations of diapers\, wipes\, and pet food. Donations can be dropped off at the front desk.
