Winter is inevitable in South Pass City (SPC), so enjoy it and take a hike!
Every year on New Year’s Day, South Pass City hosts a hike on one of the five miles of trail on the historic site. A guide brings history to life talking about the day to day life of miners that called SPC home. Refreshments are served trailside, courtesy of the Friends of South Pass.
