Wind River Development Fund, Central Wyoming College and the Wind River Visitors Council are hosting a community event and powwow to celebrate small businesses on the Wind River Indian Reservation. This National Travel and Tourism Week event takes place on Tuesday, May 21 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club of the Eastern Shoshone. Light snacks will be provided. The afternoon includes a selection of panels and a resource room for small businesses.

12:00-12:30- Snacks and networking

12:30-1:00- Wind River Development Fund

1:00-2:30- Introducing the Wind River Artist Collective (Members & Creators of the Artist Collective)

2:45-3:45 Resource Panel- Will Hill with County 10, Mike Hoyt with the Bootstrap Collaborative, David Mullick with Maker Space 307.

3:45-5:00- Native American Business Owners

 

Powwow will be at the Eastern Shoshone Boys and Girls Club starting at 5 pm.

Riverside Singers and Young Nation are the host drums, first three drums registered will be paid.

There will be pay outs for dancers.
