Friends of Dubois Badlands Dr. Michael Curran

Join Friends of the Dubois Badlands, the National Bighorn Sheep Center and WWA for a hike in the Dubois Badlands WSA, led by Dr. Michael Curran to identify native plants and their essential insects.

Dr. Michael Curran will lead a hike in the Badlands on Saturday, August 31, concentrating on plants and their insect pollinators. To quote him “Insects are critical components of terrestrial ecosystems and are often considered ecosystem engineers.”
