Taking place on Wyoming Public Lands Day, Run the Red embodies “the importance of public lands” in Wyoming. Starting at the Whitehorse Creek Overlook, the race takes runners through the Northern Red Desert, finishing at South Pass City. The 50K begins at 8 a.m., and the 30K begins at 10 a.m. Visit runthereddesert.com for more information.
