El Día Nacional del Vaquero es un día dedicado a celebrar las contribuciones del Vaquero y la Vaquera a la cultura y herencia de América, y no hay mejor lugar para celebrarlo que el auténtico pueblo del viejo oeste de Dubois, Wyoming.

Empieza el fin de semana con el «Friday Night Rodeo» en el Clarence Allison Arena a las 7:30 p. m. Este evento, ideal para familias y niños, tiene un ambiente auténtico, con gente del lugar y ganaderos de la zona compitiendo y perfeccionando sus habilidades.

El sábado, acércate al Museo Dubois para disfrutar del Frontier Fest. Asiste a demostraciones de lazo y herrería, prueba el auténtico guiso de carromato y el pan frito, y charla con los guías en las cabañas de historia viva. Descubre la vida de los hombres de las montañas a través de demostraciones y una exposición.

La banda Taylor Scott toca en Dubois Town Park a las 7 p.m. como recaudación de fondos para el 10.º aniversario del Boys and Girls Club.
