Join us for a Summer of Art, Talent, and Fun at Summerfest 2024!
Mark your calendars for an exhilarating day at Lander City Park on Saturday, June 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lander Art Center is thrilled to host this year’s Summerfest, an exciting blend of an art fair, a talent show, and a unique rubber duck derby!
Art Fair Extravaganza
Discover a wide array of artworks as local artists showcase their creations in individual booths. Whether you’re looking to adorn your home with original art or seeking that perfect handmade gift, our art fair is the place to be. Interested artists should submit their booth forms by May 23rd to secure a spot. Booth fees are $35 for non-members and $25 for LAC members, with special waivers available for higher membership tiers.
Little Duck Derby
Don’t miss the whimsical “Little Duck Derby” starting at noon! With 40 little ducks ready to race, participants can sign their lucky duck up for either $1 or $5 depending on the duck number. Prizes await the top three fastest ducks. Be an early bird to catch your buck duck and remember, all ducks are yours to keep post-race!
Lander’s Got Talent
Showcase your unique talents at our first-ever “Lander’s Got Talent” show at 3 PM. We’re calling all singers, dancers, comedians, and more to dazzle our community. Auditions will be held on June 15th from 2-5 PM at the Lander Art Center, with selected contestants performing during Summerfest. A cash prize will be awarded to the winner, making this a talent show you won’t want to miss!

Summerfest is not just about the events; it’s about bringing our community together to celebrate creativity and local talent, all while supporting the Lander Art Center. Prepare for a day filled with engaging activities, delightful art, spirited competition, and lots of fun.
