Lander Pioneer Days

LOTRA puts on the oldest paid rodeo in the world, the Lander Pioneer Days Rodeo July 3 & 4. Lander’s Pioneer Days Rodeo pre-dates Cheyenne Frontier Days by three years, beginning in 1894.

Now days, the Lander Fremont Toyota Pioneer Days celebration means a half-marathon, parade, rodeo, fireworks, little cowpokes, and Indian relay races.

Main Street’s 4th of July Parade begins at 10 a.m.
