Author Charlotte Dehnert’s new book about the Democratic Governor will spotlight Hunt’s legacy. Elected as Secretary of State, he then became Governor of Wyoming and eventually one of Wyoming’s U.S. Senators. Even Hunt could not overcome the ugliness of McCarthyism.
