Grab your latest work and join the Dubois Branch Library for sharing projects, finishing a work-in-progress or learning new skills together in a fun, social environment. All skill levels and projects are welcome, and mentors are available. Every Wednesday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Where is the Book Nook? The Book Nook is located in the Lander Library on the lower level of the Carnegie Building and is accessible by stairs and elevator. What is the Book Nook? The Book Nook has a good selection of used books in all subject areas, DVDs, audio books, music CDs, and, often, games and puzzles. Although there is no charge for books and other items, donations are much appreciated. All proceeds are used by Lander Library Friends…

Come to the Carnegie Room during the 2025 to 2026 Met Opera season for a presentation of I Puritani – an opportunity to hear exemplary vocal performances. Bellini was a master in composing music that allows vocal artists to soar. The plot is a romance flawed by the English Civil War between the Royalists and the Puritans.
