75th Annual Northern Arapaho Powwow
Join us for the 75th Annual Northern Arapaho Powwow! The Northern Arapaho Powwow is Wyoming’s oldest powwow. Located at the Arapaho Powwow Grounds just off Left Hand Ditch Road near the Sharp Nose Road intersection. Bring a camp chair for seating, or walk around the powwow circle. Food vendors on-site and Native American arts and crafts. Grand Entry: 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 1 12 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 2 12 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 3

Wind River Hotel & Casino’s Tipi Lighting Ceremony

Powwow Celebration
Wind River Development Fund, Central Wyoming College and the Wind River Visitors Council are hosting a community event and powwow to celebrate small businesses on the Wind River Indian Reservation. This National Travel and Tourism Week event takes place on Tuesday, May 21 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club of the Eastern Shoshone. Light snacks will be provided.
