This November, the Lander Art Center invites you to witness the evolution of 'Art of Home,' an ever-growing exhibition celebrating what makes a home through the lens of local Native artists. Beginning on November 1st, this unique show will unfold over time, with artists continuously adding diverse works. See Regalia, beadwork, painting, sculpture, photography, leatherwork, quilting and more, building a tapestry of home that speaks to community, tradition, culture and identity.

Calling all Lego builders ages six to 12. Join us on the first Thursday of every month from 4 to 5 p.m. for Lego Club at the Lander Library. LEGO Holiday Extravaganza: This month’s Lego club meeting features holiday-inspired Lego games, activities and more. Junior builders ages three to five are invited with a parent/guardian present.

A night of elegantly decorated trees, festive cheer and the spirit of giving, located at the Fremont Center. During Family Night on Thursday, families can have a preview of elegantly decorated trees, enjoy free soup, a cake walk, children’s crafts, a visit from Santa and more. This is free and open to the community.

Find out more »Patton Veterans Project ‘I Was There’ Film Screening
A community-wide screening to premiere short films created by area veterans at its vet film workshop last month. At the workshops, servicemen and women work together to make short films about meaningful service experiences. The free screening takes place at the National Museum of Military Vehicles and is open to all, followed by a meet-and-greet reception for the filmmakers and guests. Free and open to all.

Take the kids to any of our Fremont County Museums (Dubois Museum, Pioneer Museum in Lander, Riverton Museum) on the first Friday of every month from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for free admission with at least one paying adult.
