The Wind River Visitors Council has partnered with the Riverton Museum, Hot Springs County Museum & Cultural Center and Hot Springs County Travel & Tourism Board to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Yellowstone Highway as part of National Travel and Tourism Week, which takes place from May 19 to 25. The Riverton Museum will be holding its eighth annual Fall Fun Fest at the Riverton Museum from 2-4pm on October 26th as part of the Bailey Tire/Pit Stop Children’s Exploration Series. Families are encouraged to stop by at any time from 2-4pm in their Halloween costumes to visit the museum and enjoy crafts, games, cookies, and hot chocolate. This event is free and open to the public.
