Geology of Johnny Behind the Rocks with Stan Grove
Join us as we explore the badlands south of Lander for a geology trek with Stan Grove. Learn Wyoming geology as exemplified by ridges, draws, cliffs and views of the Wind River Range from the popular hiking area. About one mile of trail walking with some elevation gain.
A Wind River Visitors Council Adventure Series trek provided by the Lander Pioneer Museum. Meet at the museum at 9:30. We will be carpooling to the site.
$15.00 per person, 25 person limit. Reservations required. 9:30 a.m. @ The Lander Pioneer Museum.
