Four Days of High-Desert Magic: The Festival Schedule

Festival organizers have designed a four-day weekend showcasing the full spectrum of Wind River riding:

  • Thursday Night, Aug 13 |8pm Night Ride: Kick off at Johnny Behind the Rocks with Locals. No festival pass required. Swap the sunglasses for bike lights to experience iconic red-dirt magic on a blissful evening ride sponsored by Rockshop Inn.
  • Friday, Aug 14 | The Technical Lab: Spend the day at the CWC Alpine Science Institute (ASI)—the festival hub for skills clinics, vendors, food trucks, games, and leveling up your technique. Head to City Park that evening for food trucks and a free live concert by Shadowgrass, presented by Lander Presents.
  • Saturday, Aug 15 | Sinks Canyon Legends: Hit Sinks Canyon to tackle the rowdy descent of Brewers Trail and the fast, sun-drenched flow of Sunnyside. The afternoon brings games and raffles back at CWC ASI sponsored by Schurg Financial, finishing the night with Freehub PRESENTS film festival screening at Pushroot Brewery.
  • Sunday, Aug 16 | Dirt Church: Give back to the trails we love! No festival pass required. Join a morning trail work session on the Sunnyside addition, followed by an afternoon group ride or shuttle session. Lunch after provided by Lincoln Street Bakery.
