The Riverton Museum is hosting Sophie Barksdale for this Wyoming Community Bank Discovery Speaker Series. Sophie Barksdale has been a co-producer for several EMMY nominated documentaries, including Who She Is, a documentary that focuses on Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women in the United States with a focus on Fremont County. Sophie will be discussing filmmaking in Fremont County, and specifically focusing on the Missing and Murdered Epidemic that exists in Wyoming. This event is free and open to the public. This event takes place at Central Wyoming College Intertribal Education and Community Center in Room 106.
