The Riverton Museum is holding an Open House on April 13th from 10am to 4pm in recognition of the many improvements completed by the Riverton Museum during the winter. The museum recently installed new carpeting, repainted its walls, and is proud to present a newly completed mural by artist Dan Weeks of the Wind River landscape. Come by to see the new improvements of the Riverton Museum and learn about the history of the Riverton area free of charge.

Wyoming Community Bank Discovery Speaker Series with Alan O'Hasi The Pioneer Museum will be welcoming film-maker and author, Alan O'Hasi. Mr. O'Hashi will introduce his newest novel, Libby Flats, a coming-of-age story about how old and new friends confront their differences and discover the power of forgiveness. The story happens during the twilight time of life when long-lost pals are closer than family and culminates at Libby Flats in the Medicine Bow National Forest.
